OYEOL, the meaning of her name is “To Illuminate with Color” in Korean. She describes herself as a "Talking Singer" who has the prompt to deliver strong messages to great audiences and turn dark moments into light through her own unique songs.

OYEOL was selected as the “Rookie of the Year” by the EBS program “Hello Rookie with KOCCA” and the showcase artist of MU:CON in 2019. After being the resident musician of Seoul’s cultural space “Platform Changdong 61” in 2020, by winning the sponsorship from SFAC(Seoul Foundation of Arts and Culture), she released her 2nd EP “Hangang Train”, also participated in Naver’s live session project “ONSTAGE 2.0” in 2021. Her latest TV appearance was on the second season of JTBC's hit competition program “Sing Again” as “Singer No. 53”, with over 1 million views of her performance clip on YouTube.
